Telehealth Workshops

Thank you for your interest in our virtual workshop series!

This is an educational workshop series wherein you will be taught skills to improve your life. These workshops are not therapeutic. If you require the individual assistance of a trained clinician, please visit the following link or phone 662-325-2091
All of our workshops are live presentations by trained clinicians using the webex platform. Before beginning your workshop, please be sure you are using a device that supports webex and allows you to receive both video and audio information.

To receive maximum benefit from the workshop you attend, we ask that you download and print the workbook corresponding to your workshop from the list below. Then, please, follow the provided link to the workshop before the scheduled start time.

Finally, when you enter the workshop, be sure your microphone is muted. Keeping your microphone muted will allow the presenter to effectively present the information. If you have any questions about the content or require clarification of any concept, please type your question into the chat box in webex and patiently await a reply. Disruptive participants will be removed from the workshop.

Thank you again and enjoy the workshop.
